These terms apply to the GoodScool website, digital courses, learning tools, account areas, and related services. Any course-specific information shown before purchase also forms part of your agreement with us.

• If you are not legally able to enter into this agreement yourself, a parent or lawful guardian must act for you.
• Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

GoodScool courses are digital products. A purchase gives the registered user personal, non-transferable access to the purchased course for learning.

• Access is provided through your registered account. Do not share, sell, lend, or transfer your login details.
• The access period, included features, language options, and any cohort dates will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for telling us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
• We may improve course structure, examples, and tools over time without unlawfully reducing access already purchased.

The price, applicable taxes, currency, payment schedule, and included access will be displayed before you purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

• Your order is complete when payment is confirmed and we provide an order or access confirmation.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A later price change will not alter the price of a completed purchase.

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy shown at the time of purchase, together with rights available under applicable law.

• Send your request within the stated time frame to support@goodscool.in.
• Include the email used for purchase, course name, and order reference if available.
• Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method.

GoodScool and its licensors own the course videos, audio, text, interfaces, graphics, branding, and other original material provided through the services. Your purchase provides access, not ownership.

• You may use the content for your own learning, take personal notes, and create your own original work.
• You may not copy, record, republish, redistribute, resell, license, or commercially exploit GoodScool content without written permission.
• You retain ownership of original work you create independently while learning.

We work to keep the services accurate, secure, and available, but maintenance, updates, internet failures, or third-party outages may occasionally affect access.

GoodScool provides education and learning support. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, income, or a particular professional outcome. Results depend on your participation, practice, decisions, and circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoodScool is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You must not attempt to access another user’s account, bypass access controls, disrupt the services, upload malicious code, use the services unlawfully, or commercially exploit the platform without permission.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe there is account sharing, payment fraud, unlawful activity, a serious breach of these terms, or a security risk. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to resolve it.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may send messages needed to operate your account, deliver a purchase, provide support, or communicate important service changes.

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes will not be applied retroactively in a way that unlawfully reduces rights attached to a completed purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here prevents you from using a consumer remedy or forum available under applicable law.
