Hiring with context

Hire the thinkingbehind the work.

Tell us what your team needs. Start with a clear role brief, the skills that matter, and the kind of work the person will own.

Start with the work, not just the title.

01
The role and the problem.
Explain what the person will work on, who they’ll work with, and the experience the role requires.
02
Practical details.
Include location or remote requirements, employment type, salary range if available, and your intended timeline.
03
What good looks like.
Describe the skills and outcomes that matter most. Distinguish essential requirements from things someone can learn on the job.

People deserve more than a placeholder profile.

Questions, answered.

Can I browse candidate profiles?

No public candidate directory is available here at the moment.

Does submitting a brief guarantee a shortlist?

No. A brief explains your requirements; it is not a promise of candidate availability or placement.

Are candidate skills verified?

Do not assume that a course enrolment, portfolio or profile is independently verified. Any future assessment claim must identify the evidence behind it.

Does sending a brief commit us to a fee?

No. Submitting the enquiry does not start a paid engagement. Any scope and fees must be agreed separately.

Can we enquire about remote or contract roles?

Yes. Include your location, time-zone and engagement requirements in the enquiry so the context is clear.
